Services

A service is a runnable workflow that consumes input files and produces outputs using Relu AI.

A service is the unit of work in Relu Automate. It defines:

  • A workflow executed by Relu's AI
  • The input files it consumes (each with a name and expected extension)
  • The output files it produces
  • The parameters you can configure to influence the output

Services are discoverable via the API:

GET https://api.automate.relu.ai/services

Each service response includes its id (UUID, used as service_id when creating an order), input schema, output schema, and parameter definitions.

Finding a service

Log in to automate.relu.ai, find the service card, open the three-dots menu, and copy the service ID. Or list services via the API and filter by name.

View API Example

The fastest way to bootstrap an integration: on a service card in the platform UI, open the three-dots menu → View API Example. It copies a ready-to-run POST /orders snippet with the right service_id, input_data, output_data, and parameter_values keys for that specific service — no schema digging required.
