Use the Relu status page to check whether an issue is affecting the platform before troubleshooting your integration or contacting support.
It reports live availability and response times for:
- Automate API
- Automate frontend
- Order processing
- Agents & Inbox
- Implant library database
The status page also includes a history of past incidents and updates while an incident is ongoing.
During a planned release, API requests may receive a marked maintenance response. See API errors and retries for the simple wait-and-retry behaviour.
Get incident notifications
Subscribe on the Relu status page by email, RSS, JSON, webhook, or Slack. We recommend that whoever operates your integration subscribes so they receive incident updates as they are published.
